We collect the following information about you when you complete form on our website:

Currently, this information is stored on our website content management system and sent to the relevant internal team to reply to your enquiries.

The data will be collated into an email and sent to us over the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP). Our SMTP servers are protected by TLS (sometimes known as SSL) meaning that the email content is encrypted using SHA-2, 256-bit cryptography before being sent across the internet. The email content is then decrypted by our local computers and devices.

We also hold details on our computers relating to the information you provide us with on our contact forms or email links. We do this in order to reply to your enquiry.

If you do not want us to keep any of your details on file please advise us.

MailChimp – Mailchimp is a marketing automation platform. If a visitor completes a form on our website, for example registering for an updates, then their Personal information is stored MailChimp We consider MailChimp to be a third party data processor. The email address that you submit will not be stored within this website’s own database or in any of our internal computer systems.

Your email address will remain within MailChimp’s database for as long as we continue to use MailChimp’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. We also use retargeting tags and Custom Audience provided by the company Facebook Inc. (1601 S. California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304 USA, “Facebook”).

Facebook Custom Audiences

In the context of interest-based online advertising, we use the product Facebook Custom Audiences. The data collected is only transmitted encrypted to Facebook and is anonymous to us that means the personal data of individual users are not visible to us.

Facebook Conversion Tracking Pixel

This tool allows us to follow the actions of users after they are redirected to a provider’s website by clicking on a Facebook advertisement. We are thus able to record the efficacy of Facebook advertisements for statistical and market research purposes. The collected data remain anonymous.
