We kick things off on Friday with Brunch and Market Fresh Fish Specials, available all day, the perfect start to the long weekend.
Saturday, join us for Brunch from 11am–3pm, when we’ll also be serving a selection of new sharing platters from 12pm and of course our main menu, perfect for grazing with friends and pairing with a crisp white wine to get you in the mood.
Sunday brings our famous Sunday Roast, along with our light-hearted ‘Name the Cow’ competition.
Round things off on Bank Holiday Monday with Brunch from 11am, with a specials board instead of the main menu and our new sharing platters.

Join us on selected Fridays throughout 2026 for an evening dedicated to life’s finer pleasures wine, cheese, charcuterie, desserts and just the right amount of indulgence. Your night begins with a glass of fizz and smoked salmon blinis, designed to wake up your palate and gently set the tone. From there, enjoy a carefully paired selection of wines alongside a bespoke cheese board, charcuterie meats, and all the extras that make it special, grapes, nuts, chutneys and fruit. Just when you think you couldn’t manage another bite, we’ll finish on a high with a mini dessert selection, perfectly paired with dessert wines to round things off in style. Relaxed, indulgent and unapologetically delicious, this is Friday night done properly.
It’s official — Bottomless Brunch is launching at The Chester Fields, and it’s about to become your favourite way to end the long weekend. Think great food, flowing drinks, and zero rush (with 90 minutes dedicated to relaxed indulgence). Perfect for catching up with friends, celebrating something ~ or nothing at all, and turning a Bank Holiday into an event. Come for the brunch and stay for “just one more”.
